Would love to know what i did, or how to fix. yes i have been reading what has been written but all is NOT helpful in my case. The listing of files is given below (minus. I just have NO idea how i did it, also pressing the Fn button doesnt do anything. I've installed my old trusty Bullfrog 'Theme Hospital', the 2002 version inside a Windows XP virtual machine. However the other day i managed to get that tiny box larger still couldnt maximise but it was the same size as it would be if it were full screen it just have the close and minimise buttons and the box all round, ran fine no issues. There are also various alternatives that do the same thing (VirtualPC, VMWare etc). It won't hurt your computer installing it. Switch to Vista Basic or classic and see if that makes any difference. when u take the game out of full screen mode it makes it tiny! the window has the options to minimise and close but not to maximise. 1 - 4 of 4 Posts Mosquito555 2 I'm not sure if this is going to help but try disabling the Vista Aero theme. I have looked on other forums, their advice was to change the config in DOS etc, but that has done nothing especially changing the screen resolution, to no avail. Entering full screen ALT+Enter only slows the game to the point you cant see or move anything. I got the game a couple of days ago, havent played this since i was way younger, i was having trouble like many others when loading the game couldnt write my name, upon taking it out of full screen was able to type in name but it makes the screen very tiny.
